This website is operated by Earthskin, a trading name of InProgressFoods Ltd. Throughout the site, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Earthskin.

• You may not use our products for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

Our balm is for external use only.
Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
If you have a known allergy to any listed ingredients, consult your healer or physician first.

We aim for accuracy, but we’re human (and slightly feral).
Descriptions, images, pricing, and availability may change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify the site or offerings at any time.

5. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in NZD and include 15% GST.
  
• Payments are securely processed via Stripe.
  
• We reserve the right to change pricing or discontinue items without notice.
  

6. Orders & Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours unless already shipped.
  
• We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders (e.g. suspicious, bulk orders, fraud).
  
• If an order is modified or cancelled, you’ll be notified.

Generally:

• Unopened tins may be returned within 14 days.
  
• Opened tins cannot be refunded (rituals are final).
  
• Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

We are not liable for any harm or damages related to external sites or apps linked from Earthskin.
